How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points every time you play slots and live table games or place racing wagers.*
To earn points on slots, insert your Lucky North® Club player card into the card reader on the slot machine you are playing. Look for the welcome greeting and you will know your card is registered. At the Ruby level you earn 1 point for every $12.00 you play on video poker and 1 point for every $2.50 you play on slots. Emerald and Sapphire members earn 2X points and Diamond members earn 2.25X and Black Diamond members earn 2.5X.
To earn points on live table games, hand your Lucky North® Club player card to an employee of Southland Casino Racing and wait for the acknowledgement before placing your bet. 1 hour of playing time equals approximately 100 points.
To earn points on racing, hand your Lucky North® Club player card to a mutual teller at Southland Casino Racing and wait for the acknowledgement before placing your wager. If you are using the Fast Bet Mobile app you will need to enter your Lucky North® Club player card number into the program. You earn 1 point for every $1 wager on Southland Live Racing and 1 point for every $2 wager on Simulcast racing.**

For every 100 points you earn, you earn $1 in redemption value.
What can I use my points for?
You can redeem points for great rewards. These include Free Play, Table Free Play, food, racing programs & wagers and more! It’s your choice how you’d like to use your rewards! Learn more about your Lucky North® Club benefits.
How do I redeem my points?
For food and beverage purchases, simply present your card to the cashier when making your purchase to redeem. For Free Play redemption simply insert your card into any slot machine and download your Free Play. To redeem points for table play vouchers please visit the Lucky North® Club. For racing redemptions please visit Guest Services or the Lucky North® Club for a redemption voucher.
How can I check my point balance?
You can see your point balance when you insert your card into any slot machine, promotion kiosk or by visiting the Lucky North® Club or using the Lucky North® Casino App.
Can I use my points and coupons at the same time toward food and beverage purchases?
Yes. If you have the points available in your Lucky North® Club account and you have a valid coupon, you may combine these toward food and beverage purchases.*

Can I use my Southland Casino Racing Lucky North® Club card and redeem points at other Delaware North gaming locations?
Not at this time. Each club is specific to each individual property.
